How is COUNCIL different from GATHER?

COUNCIL is for seasoned, advanced, or quickly-growing guides & facilitators seeking high-level business strategy, entrepreneurship coaching & support. GATHER is a professional community for guides seeking organic networking, peer connection, collaboration, and case studies. GATHER is designed for those newer to practice and/or those desiring a lighter, more accessible professional support community, whereas COUNCIL is a high-touch, advanced business mastermind for those building 6-figure+ and beyond practices & platforms.

When is the LIVE in-person mastermind? Are accommodations included? What is included/excluded?

The live, in-person mastermind takes place Saturday 5/1 – Tuesday 5/4 in Denver, Colorado, prior to the Psych Science Conference (May 3–7). Your VIP enrollment includes a ticket to the mastermind as well as luxury accommodations in a designer home within a ten-minute drive of the Colorado Convention Center.

Your accommodations for 4/30–5/4 are included in registration; if you stay for the conference and would like to extend your accommodation for three additional nights through 5/7, you're welcome to do so for a supplemental fee of $600pp (checking out Friday 5/7).

Lunch & dinner will be provided on most of the mastermind days (you'll be provided with a full itinerary closer to the date). Other meals, transportation, and travel/flights to and from Denver are not included.

How do I attend the LIVE in-person mastermind event in May 2027?

The live, in-person component is limited to 8 people at this time — just select the VIP option when registering for COUNCIL.

Are replays included if I miss a call?

Yes, replays to all sessions will be available to view within 24 hours.

When are the COUNCIL weekly call times?

Live calls are hosted every Monday from 3-5PM ET starting Monday, February 15, 2027.

What's your refund policy?

Given the intimate, high-touch nature of COUNCIL and the resources reserved for each member, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before enrolling so you can commit fully and confidently.

What's the investment?

Standard tier is $8,000 (or 4 payments of $2,200, or 8 payments of $1,200 ); VIP tier — which includes the in-person Denver mastermind — is $12,000 (or 4 payments of $3,200). We offer both pay-in-full and payment plan options.

I utilize earth medicines in my healing practice, but it's not my primary offering. Do I still qualify for COUNCIL?

Yes, as long as you include earth medicines in some aspect of your practice — even if it is not your primary offering — you will benefit from participation.

I mostly lead retreats. Do I qualify to join?

Yes, we welcome established practitioners serving in many diverse ways: group programs, retreats, 1:1 practices, clinically-based work, educational platforms, community frameworks, memberships, circles, online work, live in-person work, training programs, facilitator trainings, and more.

I am a longtime underground therapist. Am I able to join?

Yes, we warmly welcome both established underground as well as above-ground practitioners.
